We are Community Roots Ayrshire. Previously known as West Kilbride Community Support Group, we formed as a grassroots response to the Covid-19 pandemic providing food, prescriptions and social support in West Kilbride and neighbouring areas. Since then, we’ve grown from strength to strength thanks to co-working with the people we support, other local organisations and North Ayrshire Council. Now, as our name suggests, we are here to stay and continue our work with and for our community. Our main projects are The Village Larder and the SHED gardening group
